Words from the couple
How did you meet and how long have you been together?
James and I met on Instagram through a mutual friend. I thought he was cute and added him, and we’ve been “liking” each other ever sense! That was 2.5 years ago.
What were your highlights of the day? Were there any surprises?
My two favorite parts of the day were our first look and our second line! The second line we danced together the entire time, and it truly embodies the fun in our relationship!
“follow your heart”
What advice would you give to other couples planning their day?
To follow your heart. You’ll want to do things and people will want you to do things. Know which of those serves you and your spouses hearts!
What made you decide to have your ceremony at the Pharmacy Museum?
New Orleans History! We that it’s nested right in the French quarter and we wanted to be able to show that to our guests!
What made you decide to have your reception at the Benachi House?
The grounds are beautiful and the house is stunning, it made our night so relaxed and enjoyable.

Well that looked like one hell of a party! Love the images of them walking down the street with the musicians. Wonderful wedding photography!
